Service and Resources Access for International Students Working Away From Campus

This session is provided for students who are completing course work or conducting research while working away from campus. Zoom connection information will be sent in the reminder email to all registrants three hours before the session begins at 8:30am Eastern Standard Time. The session will end by 9:45am Eastern Standard Time.

In this session, we will provide information about services and resources that are available remotely and how to access them. Participants will learn about:

  • Our Library Guide for off-campus access

  • VPN Options for working abroad

  • Getting Help

  • Research Help

  • COVID-19 Service Status page

  • Jargon used in Libraries

  • Search Results Filter Tips

Participants are encouraged to review the related LibGuide, download a copy of the PDF for the presentation (includes speaker notes), and to ask questions about their needs either during the session using Zoom Chat or via email to Mandy Havert (mhavert@nd.edu) in advance of the session.

Registration for this session will close three hours before the event.

This session will be recorded after introductions are made to the participants, and the recording will stop to allow questions that are not recorded at the end of the session. The recording is being made to provide an archive copy to individuals who are unable to attend when the session is conducted live.
