DESCRIPTION:This introductory workshop will help orient new users to the 
 resources available on the National Center for Biotechnology Information 
 (NCBI) website.\n\nThe National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) 
 website is a division of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) of the 
 National Institutes of Health (NIH). This session will introduce users to a 
 sampling of the resources available through the NCBI Welcome page.\n\nThe 
 NCBI website offers a wealth of biomedical and genomic information and 
 analytical tools that allow users to evaluate biological data. This 
 introductory workshop will help orient new users to the resources available 
 on the website.\n\nPrerequisites:\nThis lesson assumes no prior knowledge 
 of the skills or tools.
